personality- FEAR obsessions, addictions, attachments, painful, can't stop the self talk- why people medicate- to stop the pain. Not feeling what you need to feel Emotional awareness is needed.. it is powerlessness, feeling unlovable, don't belong, alone, flawed
personality good- GRATITUDE- loving
Karma
Everything you throw up comes down and affects you- hits you- makes you more thoughtful of what you throw in the air.
Karma or golden rule - we are creators
Oprah- from color purple - "Everything you tried to do to me is already done to you"
Give to the world what you want to receive back from it- not necessarily from that person
karmic debt will take care of itself. you don't need to take on the rule of judge and jury or it will create negative karma for yourself.
no other way can create changes as profound as learning lessons from your action. Authentic power is when you open yourself and everything based in fear falls away.
How to apply the principles
when in bad, frustrating situation is the time to learn. instead of acting out in the moment go inward. choose consciously. choose lovingly perhaps by not saying anything. or choose words wisely and realize consequences.
it may be easier to be unaware, in denial, unawakened, but it's leading a deadened life. But it's not as painful as the consequences of my bad actions. Painful to see people struggling because they are unawakened and they could make other choices.
Take in inward instead of outward
If you act out of fear you will create painful and destructive fear based energy coming your way
The more you don't act on fear based emotions the more they lose their power.
The universe does not recognize good, bad, better, worse, success, failure - it recognizes opportunity and limitation
The more you cultivate the loving parts of your personality the more opportunity you have- the more it fills your field of awareness and experience
Contribute what you can to life because that's the nature of love and it doesn't require acknowledgment.
That's where the joy in life comes from and to create that place now is our evolutionary requirement. Act on those parts of us that are aligned with our soul (not our personality)
